Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
1 lemon (juice)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. anchovies paste
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced fine
2 crushed peppers (to taste)
1 box croutons (garlic)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except lettuce and cheese.
Toss in a large bowl slowly adding dressing and cheese; garnish with croutons.
