Cheese Soup(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. egg noodles
    1 small pkg. frozen California vegetables
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine water, bouillon, celery, onion and potatoes in a heavy pan; bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Add noodles, vegetables, soup and cheese.
    Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted and soup is thoroughly heated.
