French Meat Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork butts, ground
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. bread cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    sage or choice of seasoning
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients in a frying pan until bubbly.
    Serve as a side dish or as turkey stuffing (let cool before stuffing turkey). Stuffs a 5 to 6 pound turkey.
    Add 2 pounds ground beef to double recipe.
