Easy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 c. milk
1 c. hot water
1 c. cocoa
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add and mix together vanilla and eggs.
Add sifted flour and milk, adding a little bit of these ingredients at a time.
Stir and mix well after each addition.
Mix together hot water and cocoa.
Add to cake mixture. Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
