Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh mushrooms (enough for a 9 x 13-inch pan)
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    9 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop stems into pieces. Brown sausage, onion and stem pieces together.
    Drain grease.
    Add cream cheese in pieces.
    Cover for a couple of minutes to soften cheese.
    Stir in bread crumbs to blend ingredients.
    Stuff mushroom caps with heaping teaspoon of stuffing.
    Pat to compact together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes or microwave on High 5 minutes at a time until tender.
