Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. diced firm apples (Golden Delicious)
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. black walnut pieces
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Mix in flour and salt.
    Stir in vanilla, apples, coconut and nuts.
    Pour into pound cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 80 to 90 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
