Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until center is firm.
Cool.
Spread top with strawberry preserves.
Chill.
