Quick Meal Soup And Casserole(Two Meal Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
salt and pepper to taste
2 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. low-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1 Tbsp. oregano
water
Preparation

In a medium pot, cook chicken, covered with water.
When done, add vegetables and cook until they are tender.
Set broth and vegetables in refrigerator.
Take chicken out and let cool.
When chicken is cool, cut in serving size pieces.
Reserve small pieces for soup.
Brush large pieces with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle Romano cheese on top of mayonnaise; sprinkle with oregano.
Broil for 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve with salad and potatoes.
