Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and form into patties.
Fry in hot oil until done.
