Cabbage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size cabbage
    1 chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper.
    Shred cabbage into large pan. Add soup, tomatoes and Ro-Tel.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix all and cook 1 hour or longer.
