All American Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. quick oats (uncooked)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. milk
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients; shape into two 7 1/2 x 4-inch loaves.
    Place on lightly greased rack of broiler pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Combine 1/2 cup catsup, 1 tablespoon horseradish and remaining ingredients and spoon over meat loaves. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings each.
