Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned croutons
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chestnuts or walnuts
1 stick margarine
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
dried sage to taste (if desired)
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Mix with croutons in large bowl. Saute celery and onions in half of margarine; pour over croutons. Saute mushrooms in rest of margarine and add to croutons.
Add nuts and chicken broth to croutons.
Add sage if desired.
Stuff turkey.
Bake remaining stuffing in casserole dish for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
