Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large enamel pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into jars and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 7 pints.
