Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Warm cream cheese to room temperature.
    Break cream cheese into chunks.
    Add eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and salt.
    Blend with electric blender.
    Slowly add sugar and blend until all is creamy smooth and even.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours until top part rises, turns brown and cracks open.
