Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter and margarine, melted
1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix well the first 6 ingredients and pour in casserole.
Mash and bake the sweet potatoes if using fresh ones.
If using canned sweet potatoes, just mash.
