Hearty Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. water
1 can beer
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. diced celery
onion to taste
Preparation

Cook in covered pan the bouillon cubes, water, beer, celery and onion for 20 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese. Heat until melted and soup is hot. Freezes well.
