Fried Mushroom Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. baking mix or self-rising flour
    3/4 c. club soda
    dash garlic salt
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel.
    In a bowl blend the flour, garlic and club soda until smooth.
    Dip mushrooms in batter and fry in about 1 inch of oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
