Turkey Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 green pepper
1/4 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 c. cooked turkey
salt and pepper
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
grated cheese (to top)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Saute mushrooms and peppers in butter. Sprinkle flour and stir. Add milk and bouillon and stir until thick. Add turkey, salt and pepper. Pour into pan and top with crumbs and cheese. Bake about 15 minutes.
