Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Egg Beaters = 3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 or 1 1/4 c. canola oil *
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

*May substitute 1/2 cup applesauce for 1/2 cup oil.
