Mexican Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
