Tomato Juice Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    46 oz. can tomato juice or 1 1/4 qt.
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt or powder
    1/2 tsp. fresh basil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix, chill and serve.
