Quick And Easy Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1/2 c. olive oil
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese (the real stuff is best!)
pepper to taste
Preparation

In a food processor, combine ingredients.
Process the ingredients until fairly smooth.
Pour over large croutons and soak for 10 minutes.
In a large salad, pour dressing/croutons over romaine lettuce.
Toss and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
