Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box seasoned long grain and wild rice
    1 lb. sausage
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    4 or 6 oz. pkg. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions. Brown sausage and drain well. Saut celery and onion in margarine until tender. Mix together rice, sausage, celery, onion and mushrooms. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Top with almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
