Ricotta Cake Italiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla or anise flavoring

Preparation

Follow directions for cake mix and prepare.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
