Scallop Soup Of The Tribes From N.E. Coast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh scallops
6 c. water
2 scallions, washed and sliced (include tops)
1/2 c. washed watercress sprigs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Place scallops, water, scallions and watercress in a large saucepan and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
