Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 stems chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1/4 bell pepper
4 large Irish potatoes, sliced lengthwise
Preparation

Brown pork chops in hot oil.
Remove and let drain.
Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water and heat.
Place potatoes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with celery, onion and bell pepper and place pork chops on top.
Sprinkle with rest of onion, pepper and celery.
Pour on soup.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
