Country Style Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork roast
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sage leaves (rub in your hands)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together the above listed dry ingredients and rub into the pork roast. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
