Artichoke Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. medium size pasta
12 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
2 c. medium-size pitted ripe olives
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dry basil leaves
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain well. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
Place in a large bowl.
