Sun Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 clove garlic
    red pepper pod
    1 Tbsp. dill
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients until it boils, then cool.
    Pack cucumbers into jars; if too big, cut lengthwise into spears.
    Add remaining ingredients to top of cucumbers, then pour liquid over and seal.
    Set out into sun for 7 days.
