Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. \"Twist-Trio\" pasta
    1 large green pepper
    2/3 c. salad oil
    6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. dried basil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    4 oz. salami, julienned
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    6 to 10 cherry tomatoes
    red onion rings
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on package.
    Julienne and cook green pepper until tender.
    In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
    Toss in warm pasta and Parmesan.
    Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Add salami, cheese and the tomatoes, quartered.
    Garnish with onion rings.
    Serves 12.
