Cowboy Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried pinto beans
    1 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. green chilies, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Cover beans with water.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cook with tight lid for at least 8 to 10 hours.
    (Do not salt beans while they are cooking; salt seems to keep them from cooking enough.)
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
