Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork (optional)
    1 small can bamboo shoots, cut small
    1 can water chestnuts, diced very small
    1 can seasoned French-style green beans with pimiento and onion
    some dried or fresh onion
    some cabbage, diced thin
    2 carrots, grated
    1 large potato, grated
    fresh or 1 can bean sprouts
    sprinkle of garlic powder, Accent, salt, pepper and sugar
    celery, finely diced
    bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and tablespoon into wrappers.
    Fold wrappers and seal with a few tablespoons of water and cornstarch mixture.
    Fry or deep fry to desired brownness.
    Makes approximately 100 pieces.
    Uncooked lumpia or uncooked mixture may be frozen.
    Lumpia wrappers may be purchased at some grocery stores.
