High Desert Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 large can stewed tomatoes
2 large cans kidney beans
2 large cans tomato sauce
1 large jar La Victoria salsa
1 pkg. Lawry's chili seasoning
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onions; drain well.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 3 hours.
