Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can of crescent rolls
1 lb. of mild sausage
1 large pkg. of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
8-10 eggs
milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Spray 9x13 pan lightly with Pam.
Roll out crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle sausage over crescent rolls.
Pour egg mixture over sausage.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
