Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 qt. milk, divided
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium-high speed of an electric mixer for 1 minute.
    Add sugar; beat well.
    Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in 1 quart milk. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
    Add remaining 1/2 quart milk.
    Freeze mixture according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    Let ripen at least 1 hour. Yields about 2 1/2 quarts.
