Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 stick butter, divided
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli until tender; drain and cut into chunks. Place in a buttered, 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1/2 stick of butter.
    Stir to melt; then add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese.
    Cut into chunks to aid melting.
    Stir well.
    Crumble the crackers and add to other 1/2 stick of butter.
    Put buttered crumbs on top of broccoli mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
