Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Beat
sugars,
margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in medium bowl with wooden spoon until creamy
and well blended.
Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
Stir
in
chips.
Drop
dough
about
2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool 1 minute before removing from pan.
