Jiffy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 egg
    1 box instant pudding (vanilla or pineapple)
    1 pt. whipped cream or Dream Whip
    1 can drained crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 Jiffy cake (white or yellow)
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let cool.
    Mix cream cheese with 2 cups milk in bowl.
    Add instant pudding.
    Spread cream cheese-pudding mixture over cooled cake. Top with layer of pineapple.
    Whip whipping cream until stiff enough to form peaks.
    Spread over pineapple layer.
    Sprinkle coconut over top.
    Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
