Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole chicken
    bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    parsley flakes or basil
    3 to 4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
    3 to 4 c. water
    1 can carrots
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    mushrooms
    1 c. noodles
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water with bay leaf until tender.
    Remove from broth.
    Allow broth to cool and harden on top.
    Take all fat off once it is solid.
