Potato Burger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 small jar pimento or 1/4 c. chopped green pepper or both
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. taco cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, egg, ketchup, bouillon and pepper. Press into and up the sides of round casserole dish.
    Combine potatoes, onion, mushrooms, pimento, green pepper and 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Spoon over the meat mixture.
    Cover and microwave for 15 to 17 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and cover again until ready to serve.
