Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
finely chopped onion
2 level tsp. salt (less is desired)
1 can tomato soup (small)
1 can water
Preparation

Put soup and water into a pressure cooker and start heating it. Mix hamburger, rice, onion and salt together.
Form into balls about the size of large walnuts.
Drop into hot soup.
Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
Serve.
