All Beef Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground round
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
3 Tbsp. meat curing salt (Morton Tender Quick)
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Shape into 3 rolls.
Place each on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, shiny side out and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Next day, punch holes in bottom of foil with fork (for drainage).
Place wrapped rolls in baking pan (with sides) and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Remove, drain and rewrap to store.
Refrigerate or freeze.
Slice when ready to serve.
Makes 3 rolls.
