Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, rind and juice.
Add water slowly and stir constantly over moderate heat.
Add butter.
Season with nutmeg and salt.
