Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

2 c. crushed pretzel sticks
3/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
8 oz. whipped topping
1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Combine crushed pretzels, butter and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl. Mix well.
Press into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes; cool.
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and whipped topping in mixer bowl.
Beat well and spread on cooled, baked crust.
Chill until firm.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Chill until firm.
