Baked Potato Soup Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    2/3 cup butter
    2/3 cup flour
    6 cups milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 green onions, chopped
    12 slices bacon, cooked
    1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Wash potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for one hour. Let cool. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook one minute stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat stirring until thickened and bubbly.
