Apricot Compote(Aprikoskompott) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. dried apricots
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    whipped cream or half and half cream
Preparation
    Wash apricots.
    Soak in water to cover overnight.
    Next day, add sugar and cook until apricots are mushy.
    Cool and spoon into individual dishes.
    Serve with sweetened whipped cream or half and half.
