Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium large zucchini
    1 can Italian style tomato sauce
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Slice zucchini lengthwise.
    Scrape out seeds to make a boat.
    Fill with sausage and pour tomato sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
