Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 c. milk (possibly more)
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.
In small bowl, combine egg, milk and corn.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Add flour or milk as needed to make batter stiff enough to drop into hot oil.
Drop batter from tablespoon into deep fryer (375\u00b0).
Fry until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
