Cheddar Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed potatoes
4 eggs, separated
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 small green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation

Prepare the mashed potatoes.
Beat egg yolks into the potatoes.
Add the cheese, onion, green pepper and celery salt. Whip egg whites into peaks and fold into potatoes.
Spoon into buttered casserole dish, 1/2-quart size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
