Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Combine eggs, onions, broccoli and melted margarine.
    Add muffin mix and cottage cheese.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a well-greased pan at 425\u00b0 until done.
    Cut in squares.
